How to request a return
Return in a store
Return by mail through the carrier of your choice
Put the Return Form portion of your packing slip into the box with your return. In case you do not have a packing slip, you should choose a pre-populated Return Form by finding your order.
Print out a blank Return Form and fill in the form when you could not locate your order. Send the completed form in the box with your return. Paste the return label on the package, add the right postage and mail it through the carrier of your option.
Apart from the return in the store and by mail, you are able to use the prepaid return label. To do this, you should follow the instructions for printing a Prepaid Return Label.
Do not forget to attach the packing slip or Return Form in the box with your return. Thereafter, you should add the prepaid return label on the package and send it to an authorized UPS drop-off location. The return delivery fee should be subtracted from your refund.
Draw attention to refund method and timing

If you do not have the original packing or necessary accessories, Best Buy can process a refund with a non-refundable subtraction on your refund for something is missing.
